Memorial Bricks

The Omaha Firefighters Memorial Committee is still offering bricks for sale, which can be engraved with the names of current or former members of IAFF Local 385. These bricks pave an impressive pathway leading to the statue, which is the focal point of the Omaha Firefighters Memorial. So far, one thousand bricks have been purchased and installed at the memorial site. There are still two thousand blank bricks available for purchase.

For $100.00, you can purchase a brick that will bear the name and hire date of any current or former union member who is in good standing with Local 385. Firefighters, relatives or friends may purchase bricks at the Omaha Firefighters Union Hall located at 60th and Grover Street.

This brick pathway creates a long lasting trail of memories of fellow firefighters, friends and relatives. It is a lasting tribute for all generations to pay respect to the memory of those special men and women who protected the citizens of Omaha.
